Things you can do yourself
- Cancel Aithor Pro. One paid plan, Aithor Pro, with no lock-in: cancel anytime. In the app: “My account” › “Profile Details” › the three-dot menu in “My plan” › “Unsubscribe”.
- Delete your account. Same menu, “Delete Account”. Deleting it removes your account information and, if you have a subscription, cancels it.
- Check the price. The price depends on your country and is shown in your currency, and you see it in the app before you pay. There is a summary of the plans on pricing.
- Learn your way around. Start with how to use Aithor.io.

- Write from your account email address, or tell us which one it is.
- Say which tool you were using, what you did and what happened.
- Attach a screenshot and tell us which browser and device you were on.
- Never send us your password or your full card details: we don’t need them to help you.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel Aithor Pro?
In the app, click "My account" and open "Profile Details". In the "My plan" box, open the three-dot menu and choose "Unsubscribe". You keep Aithor Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. If anything goes wrong, email support@aithor.io from your account email address.
How do I delete my account and my data?
You can delete it yourself from the same "My plan" menu, with "Delete Account". To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, email support@aithor.io with your account email and what you are asking for.
Where is the company based?
Aithor.io is operated by Chatbot App Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. The service runs online and support is by email.
